Short version: play fair, don't abuse the account/XP/coins system, and we can warn, limit, or ban accounts that do. Coins and XP are just in-game progress — they have no real-world value and aren't refundable. Pro is a real purchase with real billing terms, described below. FC Team Draft is provided as-is, for personal, non-commercial use — drafting squads, logging matches, and tracking stats for fun. You can use it with no account at all, or create a free account to sync across devices and add friends. By using the app or creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials to yourself. Provide accurate information (like your username) and don't impersonate someone else or use a name that's offensive or misleading. You must be old enough, under the laws of your country, to agree to these terms and to Firebase's, Google's, and Stripe's own terms where relevant — see "Third-party services" in the Privacy Policy.
XP, levels, coins, and stats are meant to reflect matches you actually played. We reserve the right to warn, temporarily rate-limit, reset, or permanently suspend/ban an account that:
A ban blocks sign-in access to the app; it doesn't retroactively delete data already stored under "If you create an account" in the Privacy Policy. We try to warn first for a first-time, lower-severity issue, but reserve the right to act immediately for clear abuse.
Coins, XP, levels, titles, avatar frames, and other cosmetic items exist only inside FC Team Draft. They have no real-world monetary value, can't be exchanged for cash, aren't transferable between accounts, and aren't guaranteed to be permanent — we may rebalance, reset, or remove them (e.g. a mistaken/duplicated grant) at our discretion. Coins purchased with real money are non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or by the store you purchased through (Google Play).
On the web, Pro is billed by Stripe as described in the Privacy Policy's "Pro / payment" section — a 3-day free trial, then €4.99, auto-billed once via subscription and cancelled on our end after that single charge. You can cancel the trial or manage billing anytime from your profile before the trial ends to avoid the charge. On the native app, Pro is sold through Google Play Billing instead, governed by Google Play's own terms and refund policy.
You keep ownership of anything you provide — your username, uploaded avatar photo, session names, chat messages, and any custom crest pack you import. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use/import it (e.g. a crest pack's artwork), and we can remove content that violates these terms or the law.
FC Team Draft is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that stats/progress will never be lost — back up anything important yourself (the Export feature exists for exactly this).
To the extent permitted by law, FC Team Draft and its operator aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including lost data, lost progress, or lost purchases beyond a refund of the amount actually paid.
We may update these terms as the app changes. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page — continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
